During ten years at a software company, Matt worked in product development and documentation, sales and marketing, and “black ops” [secret projects]. In six years at a large multi-national manufacturer, he established, built, and oversaw an in-house e-Learning infrastructure that delivered 200+ e-Learning courses to 18,000+ employees in most countries of the world. Here he was also visionary in designing, developing, and implementing a global performance/development review system used for years by everyone from the President/CEO to production workers the world over. Getting “back to the roots”, Professor Matt rekindled his desktop design business to architect an online e-Learning infrastructure and to develop/deliver industry- and function-specific training content [a construction accounting curriculum]. Following completion of these initiatives, Professor Matt and desktop design solidified their strategic relationship with AskZak, providing specialized expertise and development resources on many AskZak internet projects.
